Playground accounts may be disabled for a number of reasons, although you should always make sure you're using the correct login credentials before pursuing further.
If you cannot access your Luna Playground account, first ensure that the login credentials you are using are correct. If you've forgotten your password then you can recover your account by following the steps here.
If you're unable to recover your account, then one of the following scenarios may apply:
- The Playground account may have been deleted by an admin at your company
- Your company subscription may have lapsed due to cancellation or failed payment. If this is the case, only admins will be able to access Playground.
- Your account was disabled by Luna as a result of a violation of our Platform Agreement. You will have been emailed if this was the case.
